We are proud to announce that our long time client Red Robin has signed a new lease for 65,000 square feet at Tuscany Plaza in Greenwood Village, CO. We worked closely with Abby Gilbertson who led the internal real estate team for Red Robin. During our process we helped Red Robin thoroughly evaluate how their workplace design could positively impact team member’s engagement and productivity with the help of Joy Spatz at Studio Collaborative. In addition, we reviewed the marketplace for options and conducted in depth due diligence and negotiations with a select short list of buildings.
In the beginning of our engagement our entire team thought that renewing at Tuscany Plaza would not be a viable option because the building owner did not appear motivated to retain Red Robin as an anchor tenant. During the final phases of our work the building sold to Crescent Real Estate and the new ownership group demonstrated a strong desire to retain Red Robin.After studying Red Robin’s culture we evaluated several buildings that would enable Red Robin to enhance its workplace and team member’s productivity. In the final analysis, Tuscany Plaza presented the optimal combination of location, workplace design and overall cost.
